Thirty Days to a No Regrets Life:

Living the No Regrets Life

Dr. Barry D. Lovett

1.      to live passionately,

2.      to love completely,

3.      to learn humbly and

4.      to leave boldly.

“Your life is a gift from God. What you do with it is your gift to God.”

“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give life in all its fullness.”

Jesus has a purpose for my life, but it also says that Satan has a purpose for my life.

how do you sustain/restore your passion for life?

#1 Integrity. Integrity is simply integrating what I say I believe into every area of your life.

The opposite of integrity is compartmentalizing your life.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” Mark 12:30

#2 Enthusiasm. “Nothing great ever happens without enthusiasm in life.”  Emerson

en means within and theos means God. Enthusiasm literally means God within.

If you’ve lost your enthusiasm maybe you’re not spending enough time with God.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, …” Col 3:23

If you can’t be passionate about it, don’t do it.

To be passionate even in the mundane simply remember who you are working for.

The people who have most often changed the world are not the wealthiest, not the most talented, not even the most educated. The people that have changed the world the most (for good or bad) are the most passionate.

Some pastors rant and rave about how you need to love God more. What you really need is to know how much God loves you.

When you think about how passionate Christ was for you, I want you think about how passionate we ought to be for Him.
